My doctor is the best!!! He is very thorough and very patient. Nothing gets by him

I do not normally write reviews like this, but Dr. Yousef and his team truly deserve to be recognized for outstanding care, compassion, and follow-through. I am dealing with a serious abdominal fistula, and for a long time, I felt completely pushed aside by the medical system. When you're living with something serious, painful, and scary, the last thing you need is to feel ignored by the very people who are supposed to help you. Before finding Dr. Yousef, I was using Ennoble Care as my doctor, with Revive Care handling telehealth appointments for wound care. In my experience, weeks went by with little to no meaningful follow-through. It took about six weeks to receive supplies. When the supplies finally came, I was sent gauze that was not sterile and was told to place it into my open wound. That was terrifying. It left me feeling unsafe, overwhelmed, and honestly hopeless. Ennoble Care even put incorrect diagnosis numbers to charge my insurance and so much more. Then I found Dr. Yousef, and from the very first appointment, everything felt different. He listened to my concerns. He took my condition seriously. He didn't make me feel like a burden. He acted immediately and sent the wound supplies I needed right away. I didn't have to wait weeks, beg for help, or prove over and over that my situation mattered. Autumn and Andrea have also been wonderful. They respond quickly, check in, and make me feel less alone. Their kindness and communication have meant so much. Having an in-home doctor has been a huge blessing, but more than that, Dr. Yousef and his team gave me something I had almost lost. Hope. For the first time in a long time, I feel like there is light at the end of the tunnel, and like healing may actually be possible. I feel like I matter. If you have felt ignored or dismissed elsewhere, I want you to know that better care does exist. I am deeply grateful for Dr. Yousef, Autumn, and Andrea, and I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a doctor that listens, follows through, genuinely cares, and isn't in it just for the money or sadistic reasons. Dr. Yousef became a doctor because he genuinely cares about humans and the way he has treated me shows exactly that. Thank you so much for making me feel seen and like my life matters !

I am so glad I found Mazen on Facebook I think a year ago. He's so easy to talk, he feels like family. He cares about his patients, he listens to everything you say. He will give you information on what you need as a person, either with your medicine, lab work or imaging. You can call him or text him and he gets right back to you. Mazen is amazing. MAZ, AS WE CALL HIM, IS PERSONABLE, RELIABLE, A GOOD LISTENER AND OPEN TO QUESTIONS, SUGGESTIONS AND INTERESTED IN WHAT I HAVE TO SAY. ALTHOUGH HE IS NOT IN MY NEW HEALTH INSURANCE AS A PCP, I CONTINUE TO SEE HIM DESPITE A CO-PAY. IT'S A PLUS TO HAVE A MEDICAL PRO COME TO MY HOME. IT SIMPLIFIES MY LIFE.

i HAVE BEE SEEING NURSE YOUSEF FOR OVER A YEAR. DUE TO MOBILITY AND AGE ISSUES, HE HAS BEEN MY PRIMARY AND HAS TAKEN VERY GOOD CARE OF ME. HE GOES OVER MY BLOOD TESTS, CHECKS B.P. VITALS AND EXPLAINS EVERYTHING TO ME IN A PROFESSIONAL AND CALM MANNER, I LIKE HIM VERY MUCH AND HAVE BEEN VERY GRATEFUL AND HAPPY TO FIND CARE GIVEN WITH SUCH EXPERTISE. HE IS EXTREMELY EASY TO REACH AND MAKES HIS DECISIONS QUICKLY.

Very nice NP knowledgeable, gets all necessary paperwork done in a timely manner, answers the phone on some after hours, prompt, efficient, professional, always a nice visit
